Job summary

Centurion Australia Management Pty Ltd – Macquarie Park NSW is seeking a hands-on Property Services Coordinator to oversee maintenance, repairs, asset management and risk & safety initiatives across residential facilities.

You will perform day-to-day maintenance, respond to service requests, coordinate contractors, keep records in StarRez, and support lifecycle maintenance planning while maintaining high standards of safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general facilities or property maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
• Experience in customer-facing roles within property, accommodation, or facilities environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance services, repairs and minor handyman work to ensure all facilities remain in excellent condition.
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance enquiries and service requests.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, apartments, and common areas, arranging repairs or cleaning.
• Support the Accommodation Manager with maintenance planning and asset management activities.
• Maintain accurate records using the StarRez property management system.
• Coordinate contractors and monitor performance to meet quality and safety standards.
• Contribute to risk management and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OH&S.
• Build positive relationships with residents, staff, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate initiative, reliability and ability to work to deadlines.
