Job summary

Regis Aged Care in Queensland is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Officer to keep facilities safe, clean and well‑functioning for residents and staff. You’ll perform day‑to‑day maintenance, preventive and reactive repairs, manage work orders and coordinate with contractors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role.
• Practical skills across building, repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to manage priorities, work orders and respond to issues promptly.
• Understanding of safety, compliance and safe work practices.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
