Job summary

SLD Building Construction is seeking a proactive Design Coordinator in Burwood, Sydney, to support development, design and construction teams. You will coordinate and document design information to meet project requirements and timelines, while ensuring alignment with planning approvals and construction needs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in development or design coordination within the Australian property sector, with strong communication and document control skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in development coordination, design coordination or construction project coordination.
• Experience within the Australian property development or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of DA, CC and consultant coordination processes.
• Proficiency in project management and document control systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM or other design coordination software will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document design information to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with Development, Design and Construction teams to deliver coordinated designs.
• Ensure adherence to DA, CC and consultant coordination processes and project approvals.
