Residential Building Company is seeking a contract Maintenance and Defects Handyman to service the Wagga Wagga and Tumut region. This role manages all post-handover maintenance and warranty activities, ensuring defects are resolved efficiently and to display-home quality.

Must have ABN and own insurances; you should demonstrate strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, sound decision‑making, and a proactive approach to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have ABN and own insurances.
• Experience in residential construction and defect rectification.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair maintenance and defects across projects.
