Job summary

Tagteam Australia is seeking a motivated Handy Person to join our service team for upkeep and maintenance of multiple multi-storey office buildings across greater metropolitan Sydney.

You will handle minor repairs, safety compliance, and general property care, working autonomously and with service coordinators to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Hold full Australian working rights.
• Hold a current NSW Driver's License.
• Hold, or be willing to obtain, a National Police check.
• Hold a current Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Effective communication and professional appearance.
• Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handling basic repairs and maintenance at multi-storey offices.
• Installing household appliances such as printers and dishwashers.
• Fitting shelves, hanging pictures and furniture.
• Replacing flyscreens, rubbish removal, and gutter cleaning.
• Lights and lamp replacements, painting, door installation.
• Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work.
• Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed.

We're seeking a motivated and adaptable Handy Person to join our service team. This role focuses on the upkeep and maintenance of multiple multi-storey office buildings, including minor repairs, safety compliance and general property care.

Based within our service team, you'll work across various buildings throughout greater metropolitan Sydney. You'll be expected to work both autonomously and as part of a team, coordinating with our Service coordinators to manage your daily schedule and consistently meet our clients needs.

Applicants MUST :

Hold full Australian working rights

Hold a current NSW Drivers License

Hold, or be willing to obtain, a current National Police check.

Communicate effectively and professionally

Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times

Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.

Hold a current Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Preferred Applicants to have :-

Experience in any of the following areas would be highly regarded (but not essential): Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling (minor repairs only), door and window maintenance, general property upkeep and Building Trades.

Tasks & responsibilities

Handling basic repairs and maintenance, and performing preventative maintenance

Installing household appliances such as printers and dishwashers
