Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage or residential credit assessing.
• Experience in a brokerage environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Assess residential loan scenarios and perform borrowing capacity calculations.
• Order valuations and package loan applications for submission.
• Perform compliance checks in line with requirements.
• Manage daily workflow to meet turnaround times.
• Liaise with banks and stakeholders and handle broker/lender requests after submission.
