Job summary

Edgewater Homes is seeking a Residential Construction Supervisor for the Gables Community project in Box Hill, NSW. This full-time role is based in the North West corridor, requiring leadership of on-site operations to deliver high-quality homes safely and on schedule.

You are an experienced supervisor with a solid carpentry background and hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a Qualified Supervisor Certificate.

Qualifications

• Solid trade background, preferably in carpentry.
• Cert IV in Building & Construction and a Qualified Supervisor Certificate.
• Proven track record supervising new home builds and projects with large-scale developers.
• Ability to lead on-site operations, ensure safety, on-time completion and high quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations in a single location.
• Coordinate with a large tier 1 developer.
• Ensure project safety, schedule and quality standards.
• Liaise with developers, team members, customers and trades.
