Plantation Homes is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead around 12 residential projects from start to finish in South East Queensland. You will coordinate trades, maintain high workmanship standards, and ensure WHS compliance and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes and site management.
• Ability to build relationships with trades and suppliers.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage around 12 residential projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and motivate trades to stay on schedule.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and site presentation.
• Conduct quality inspections at key construction stages.
• Ensure WHS compliance and building regulations.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the build.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Keep projects on budget and on time with quality output.
