Job summary

Simonds is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join the team covering the greater West region from Geelong to Colac, on a full-time, ongoing basis. The role manages home builds from site start to final inspection, coordinating trades and ensuring quality within timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have residential construction experience, a White Card, a valid driver’s licence, and strong communication skills to work with clients and trades.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential home builds.
• Understanding of Australian building regulations and WHSE
• Have completed the General Construction Induction Course/White Card
• Hold a valid driver's licence
• Strong trade network development and stakeholder coordination
• Deliver excellent customer service and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage trades on site.
• Build relationships with clients, trades and stakeholders.
• Ensure building practices and quality within time and budget.
• Enforce OH&S regulations on site.
• Manage paperwork and administration tasks.
• Provide weekly KPI reporting.
