Job summary

Simonds Homes Melbourne Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to manage home builds across the greater Adelaide region on a full-time basis. You will oversee site start to final inspection, coordinating trades and ensuring quality workmanship within budget schedules.

Reporting to the Regional Building Manager, you will develop a trade network, maintain client satisfaction, and uphold safety standards while managing on-site administration and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential home builds or related construction activities.
• Solid knowledge of Australian building regulations and WHSE rules.
• General Construction Induction Course / White Card is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage trades, establishing a reliable trade base.
• Build strong relationships with clients, trades and stakeholders.
• Ensure building practices, quality, timeframes and budgets are met.
• Enforce OH&S regulations and manage site administration.
• Provide weekly KPI reporting.
