Job summary

Simonds in Adelaide is seeking a Construction Supervisor to manage home builds from start to final inspection, reporting to the Regional Building Manager. You will coordinate trades, ensure quality builds within time and budget, and uphold OH&S standards while maintaining client and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential home builds or strong trade background.
• Understanding of Australian building regulations and WHSE regulations.
• White Card (General Construction Induction) mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license mandatory.
• Solid project management and ability to develop a trade network.
• Able to communicate with a diverse client group and deliver good service.
• Eagerness to learn and be part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of home builds from site start to final inspection.
• Coordinate and manage trades, establish a reliable trade base.
• Build relationships with clients, trades and stakeholders.
• Ensure building practices, quality and budget targets are met.
• Enforce OH&S regulations and complete site paperwork.
• Provide weekly KPI reporting on site performance.
