Job summary

Simonds Homes Melbourne Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee residential home builds across the Thomastown/Metro North region on a full-time, ongoing basis.

You will manage site start through to final inspection and maintenance, coordinating trades and maintaining strong client, trade, and stakeholder relationships. The right candidate will hold a General Construction Induction Card, a valid driver’s licence, and solid project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Must supervise residential home builds and understand QA systems.
• Must hold White Card and valid driver’s licence.
• Strong project management and trade-network development required.
• Ability to communicate with diverse client groups and stakeholders.
• Proven time management and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage trades, establishing a reliable trade base.
• Build strong relationships with clients, trades and stakeholders.
• Ensure correct building practices and procedures are followed.
• Deliver quality homes within time frames and budget.
• Enforce OH&S regulations and on-site safety.
• Handle on-site admin tasks and weekly KPI reporting.
