Job summary

Simonds Homes Melbourne Pty. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Maintenance & Warranty Supervisor to join our Adelaide team.

In this role you will carry out maintenance and service inspections across home sites, coordinating with contractors and staff to complete work within agreed time frames. Reporting to the Maintenance & Warranty Manager, you will manage costs, uphold safety and QA standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Experience undertaking maintenance works on residential homes or construction sites.
Understanding of Australian building regulations and WHSE standards.
General Construction Induction Course/White Card is mandatory.
Valid driver’s licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Arrange and undertake Maintenance and Warranty inspections across designated sites within time frames.
Liaise with maintenance contractors, trades, and staff to complete required work.
Manage job costs to keep labour and material within budget.
Ensure high standards of maintenance work are carried out across sites.
Provide excellent customer service and address concerns quickly and accurately.
Keep records of works and costs and coordinate with management on job progress.
Enforce safe work practices in line with WHSE and company policy.
