Job summary

Simonds Homes is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead home builds across the greater Adelaide region. You will oversee site start through final inspection and maintenance, coordinating trades and maintaining strong client relationships.

Reporting to the Regional Building Manager, you will ensure building practices meet Australian regulations, manage OH&S compliance, and deliver quality homes on schedule. This role requires a White Card and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential home builds.
• Strong knowledge of Australian building regulations and QA systems.
• White Card / General Construction Induction completed.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Solid project management skills and client communication ability.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of home builds from start to final inspection and maintenance.
• Coordinate and manage trades, establish reliable trade base.
• Build relationships with clients, trades and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality builds within time frames and budget.
• Enforce OH&S regulations on site.
• Handle paperwork and admin tasks; weekly KPI reporting.
