Hudson Homes Qld is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage residential sites across Ipswich and Brisbane's western suburbs. Salary range AUD 120,000–AUD 140,000 plus superannuation, with Monday to Friday 7:30am–4:00pm.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, and report progress to Head Office. Responsibilities include liaising with engineers and certifiers, maintaining WHS documentation, managing up to 20 builds concurrently, and upholding Hudson Homes'

Qualifications

• Current QBCC Supervisor licence.
• Experience supervising residential construction sites.
• Desirable: Construction Induction (White Card).
• Driver's licence and ability to travel across South East Queensland.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and suppliers on site.
• Ensure on-site works are safe, within budget and to high quality.
• Report construction updates to Head Office with photos and notes.
• Liaise with engineers, private certifiers and other consultants; book inspections.
• Maintain WHS documentation and ensure SWMS are updated.
