Brisbane Homez is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of residential construction projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas. This hands-on role requires coordinating trades, managing suppliers, and maintaining project schedules from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will read and interpret drawings, ensure quality workmanship, uphold safety standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Australian residential construction site supervision.
• Strong understanding of Australian residential building practices and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural drawings, engineering plans, and specifications.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Ability to travel between project sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with Australian residential construction experience who can work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
