Job summary

Brunel is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to oversee residential construction projects across Bayside, Ipswich and South Brisbane. You will supervise sites from start to handover, coordinating trades and ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role offers opportunities across client-contact and non-contact paths, with emphasis on effective stakeholder communication, site documentation, and customer-focused service throughout the build.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential building practices and processes.
• Excellent trade and subcontractor management skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Keen eye for quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements.
• Relevant construction qualifications/licences.
• A current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervising residential construction projects from site commencement through to handover.
• Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors on site.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Managing site schedules, inspections and quality control.
• Maintaining strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations and WHS requirements.
• Maintaining accurate site records and project documentation.
• Delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout the build.
