Job summary

Glenvill invites an experienced Construction Manager to lead our Queensland field operations from the Loganholme office, guiding a team of Site Supervisors across Brisbane's south west communities. You will drive safe, on-time, on-budget delivery of a high-volume residential portfolio while upholding Glenvill's lasting quality.

You will monitor build progress, manage costs, and collaborate with Scheduling, Estimating, Drafting and Customer Experience teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in construction management of teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential building practices and QA.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a dispersed region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Site Supervisors to achieve quality and customer outcomes.
• Oversee high-volume residential projects across multiple communities.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and safety with proactive risk management.
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Estimating, Drafting and Customer Experience teams.
• Maintain relationships with trades, suppliers and subcontractors.
