You will prepare appealing menus for residents using fresh ingredients, lead a small kitchen team, ensure food safety, and respond to residents' preferences. A Cert III in Commercial Cookery is essential, with aged care experience valued and basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Cert III in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience in commercial kitchens.
• Experience in food handling and preparation services.
• Good literacy and moderate computer skills.
• Experience in aged care or similar, with ability to lead a team.
• Knowledge of food safety legislation, IDDSI and allergens.
• Passionate, creative, “can do” attitude.
