Job summary

Ralston Recruitment is seeking an experienced Training and Onboarding Building Manager to rotate across sites in South East Queensland, including Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You will lead onboarding for newly acquired buildings, establish asset registers, and drive consistency in standards across the portfolio.

You will train and support Building Managers, manage corrective actions, and roll out new procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' residential building management experience in Brisbane or Gold Coast.
• Experience managing a range of building types (high rise, low rise, mixed use or resort style).
• Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational onboarding of new buildings, including asset registers and maintenance schedules.
• Act as interim Building Manager at newly onboarded or vacant sites.
• Induct and train new Building Managers, providing practical on-site support.
• Develop and deliver ongoing training on procedures, operations, contractor management and systems.
• Conduct quality reviews and coordinate corrective actions across sites.
• Roll out updated procedures across the South East Queensland portfolio.
