Plena Healthcare, a national allied health provider, is seeking a Physiotherapist to work across Residential Aged Care and community settings in South Australia. You will deliver evidence-based therapy programs, conduct mobility and functional exercises, and participate in care plan reviews while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• General AHPRA registration is required.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.

• This position is a fixed-term contract until August 2027 to cover parental leave, with a high likelihood of transitioning into an ongoing role.
