Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our residential aged care team in Adelaide. You will deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional plans, care plan reviews, and both one-to-one and group activities.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

Our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) is passionate about improving client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.
