Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide resident‑focused therapy in Residential Aged Care, with expansion into community settings. You’ll deliver mobility and functional programs, conduct care plan reviews, and run one‑to‑one and group activities alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Based in Adelaide’s metro region, this casual role (3–4 days a week) requires a mobile capacity across a defined region, with sponsorship available for the right candidate and a supportive, inclusive

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration.
• Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a defined region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobility and functional therapy programs for residents in RAC settings.
• Conduct care plan reviews and adjust as needed.
• Provide one‑to‑one therapy sessions and facilitate group‑based active ageing activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence‑based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one‑to‑one interventions, and group‑based active ageing services.

Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.

This is a casual position (3-4 days a week) servicing Residential Aged Care homes between Belair and McLaren Vale.
