Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs in Residential Aged Care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct mobility and functional programs, review care plans, provide one-to-one interventions and group activities, with options for flexible arrangements and growth within a supportive, equal-opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration is required.
• Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobility and functional therapy programs in residential aged care.
• Review and update care plans, with one-to-one interventions.
• Provide group-based active ageing services.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.
