Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our residential aged care team in Adelaide. You will deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional plans, care plan reviews, and both one-to-one and group activities.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs for residents.
• Provide mobility and functional programs and care plan reviews.
• Conduct one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing services.
