Estia Health Cleveland is seeking a proven leader to head the home, report to the Regional Manager, and guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional aged care and a warm, supportive environment for residents, families and staff.

The role focuses on driving quality care, operating safely, maintaining efficiency, and achieving revenue targets while fostering a positive workplace culture. Experience in managing a commissioning home is advantageous.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you’ll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact—driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.

Estia Health Cleveland is a commissioning home. This new home was opened at the end of 2025 and has been beautifully constructed to provide a striking home for it's residents and a home staff are proud to work in. Located with sweeping views to the bayside occupancy is increasing every day.

The successful Manager will have strong leadership capabilities and experience and be able to maintain the great work the current Manager has commenced.

In this role you will:

• Find the best way forward for our residents and people
• Run a tight ship - maintaining efficiency and operational safety
• Keep the lights on and making sure revenue targets are met
• Inspire your team to perform and grow
• Build ties with the community to everyone’s benefit

You’ll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management. You’ll also have:

• Experience Managing a commissioning home an advantage
• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Spent at least five years in a management role
• Strong focus on quality
• A background in aged care
• Worked with a number of different systems
