Job summary

Estia Health Cleveland is seeking a capable Home Manager to lead the new commissioning home, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

We seek a leader with commissioning home experience or a strong management background, a genuine desire to improve lives, and at least five years in management roles focusing on quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a aged care home or similar setting.
• Demonstrated passion for improving residents' lives.
• Minimum five years in a management role within healthcare.
• Commitment to high-quality care and safety standards.
• Background in aged care and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with multiple systems used in care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Find the best way forward for residents and staff.
• Run a tight operation ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Meet revenue targets and maintain financial viability.
• Inspire and develop the leadership team.
• Build strong ties with the local community and stakeholders.

About the Role Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you’ll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact—driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.

Estia Health Cleveland is a commissioning home. This new home was opened at the end of 2025 and has been beautifully constructed to provide a striking home for it's residents and a home staff are proud to work in. Located with sweeping views to the bayside occupancy is increasing every day.

The successful Manager will have strong leadership capabilities and experience and be able to maintain the great work the current Manager has commenced.

• Experience Managing a commissioning home an advantage
