Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead clinical operations at one of our NSW homes. Reporting to the head of the home, you will draw on your nursing background to enhance residents’ wellbeing, oversee staff, budgets and governance, and build strong partnerships with families.

You will mentor carers and nurses, develop care programs, ensure stock, compliance and reporting, and drive continuous improvement while upholding our values and commitment to compassionate,

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 3 years in nursing management at ward level or above.
• Experience in managing people and budgets.
• Background in aged care.

Responsibilities

• Look after residents and nurture the relationship with their family.
• Train up the next generation of carers and nurses.
• Oversee your clinic, from stock to compliance and reporting.
• Develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be.
• Help financially manage the home.
• Be an honest and ethical leader, with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself.

About the Role
