Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
• Professional written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of business sensitive and resident information.
• High attention to detail and numerical data entry skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to identify needs.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment and accreditation requirements in aged care is desirable.
• Current Criminal History Check suitable for aged care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by liaising with prospective residents and their families/representatives, and promoting Fresh Hope Communities.
• Coordinating resident admissions and exits by liaising with prospective and current residents including information about fees, terms and conditions.
• Liaising with finance and property services about new entries, movements, exits and invoices.
• Undertaking reception duties and general admin functions.
• Responding to internal/external enquiries within appropriate timeframes.
