Job summary

Ingenia Holidays is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Ingenia Lifestyle Chambers Pines, a 485-home land lease community in the Logan region. You will be the face of the community, champion resident experience, supervise a dedicated team and ensure high standards of presentation, safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Have previous leadership experience in community management, retirement living, aged care, hospitality, tourism, customer service or a related field.
• Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.
• Have a proven ability to influence, engage and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrate empathy, emotional intelligence and a genuine commitment to resident wellbeing.
• Possess strong leadership skills and enjoy developing high-performing teams.
• Have experience managing budgets, operations and competing priorities.
• Are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Enjoy solving problems and finding practical solutions that balance resident needs with business outcomes.
