Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the overall resident experience across non-clinical services.
• Oversee hospitality, lifestyle, environmental, and maintenance services to meet standards.
• Coach and develop multidisciplinary teams; manage staffing, rostering and budgets.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and external providers.
