Job summary

Essence Communities in Wentworth Point, Sydney, is seeking a Resident Experience Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, deliver best-in-class service and support resident inquiries.

Reporting to the General Manager, the permanent full-time role covers community events, financial management of occupancy fees, administration, and driving engagement to foster belonging in a waterfront BTR community.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license required.
• Experience in property, built-to-rent, hospitality, or customer-focused environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia and a National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day property management and coordinate move-in/out processes.
• Champion Resident Community Engagement Plan and plan events.
• Ensure accurate accounting of resident-related accounts for occupancy fees and sundries.
• Understand and comply with relevant tenancy and property legislation.

The Property

Introducing a waterfront community located in the vibrant heart of Wentworth Point. This exceptional property offers luxurious amenities and high-quality living spaces, just steps away from the Wentworth Point promenade. The BTR complex consists of an impressive selection of 211 spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses. Amenity areas include landscaped podium, pool, state-of-the-art gym, co-working spaces, private dining room, resident lounge, BBQ terrace and more.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day property management - coordinate and deliver a smooth move in and out process for all residents, and ensure apartment turnaround times are in conjunction with targeted KPI’s, ensuring routine inspections and repairs are carried out prior to move out.
• Community Engagement - champion the Resident Community Engagement Plan, assisting in the planning and execution of community events in collaboration with the wider team and General Manager
• Financial Management - Ensure accurate accounting of all resident related accounts for occupancy fee and sundries
• Administration - Understand and comply with the current version of the relevant legislation applicable to Wentworth Quarter (such as the Residential Tenancies Act, Property and Stock Agents Act, Discrimination Act, and other relevant State legislation). And provide timely and accurate internal management communication and reports.
