A little about the opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a Resident Associate to join our South Melbourne community in a 389-apartment development home to around 700 residents. This is a front-of-house role where you’ll be at the heart of the resident experience, creating a welcoming, seamless and high-quality environment for everyone who walks through the door.

Working closely with the Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the building from resident engagement and events to property management administration and operational support. In short, you’ll play a key role in shaping the everyday experience of our residents and helping create a community people genuinely love being part of.

Confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital systems; experience with property management platforms is highly regarded.

Previous experience in residential property management or a customer-facing property role is advantageous but not essential.

Working hours :
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm & 11am - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 5pm (Saturday shifts are every other week with a day lieu in the week)
