Job summary

HOME is reinventing how people rent in Melbourne and Sydney, delivering contemporary luxury living for residents. The Casual Resident Experience Ambassador will be the face and heart of the on-site team at HOME Docklands, delivering exceptional service and assisting with moves, bookings, payments and daily requests.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years front-of-house experience in CS/Hospitality/Hotel/Property/Retail and are comfortable with a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' front of house experience in CS/Hospitality/Hotel/Property/Retail.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and evenings.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and welcome residents.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of on-site contact for residents and provide exceptional service at every stage of their rental journey.
• Assist with move in/out logistics, amenity bookings, and rental payments, plus day-to-day requests.

We are on the hunt for a passionate, experienced and service focused Casual Resident Experience Ambassador to join our team of service professionals to deliver exceptional service to our community of residents. Be the face and the heart of our premium residential offering, and join the team at our beautiful HOME Docklands.

Join an exceptional teamwith real team spirit, where service excellence isat the heart of everything we do.Your day-to-day will center around being the first point of on-site contact for our residents, providing exceptional customer service at every stage of their rental journey. You'll support with their move in and move out logistics, amenity bookings, rental payments and any other day to day requests.
