Job summary

Ingenia Lifestyle Hervey Bay is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Community Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring residents have a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

You will report to the Community Manager and assist with coordination, events, reporting, and resident inquiries, helping to create memorable experiences for our residents in a relaxed coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in community or property management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Empathy and professionalism when dealing with residents and team members.
• Understanding of compliance and WHS requirements.
• Budget management and resource planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in day-to-day operations and site maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents and guests in a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate events and social activities to foster community engagement.
• Manage administration, reporting, and compliance tasks.
• Assist with resales processes and resident queries when required.
