Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of the community, welcoming guests and residents and creating a positive first impression.
• Help guests and residents with enquiries, payments, requests, and day-to-day support, always with care and professionalism.
• Manage calls, emails, records, and general admin using computer systems.
• Support daily operations and respond to issues to ensure a great onsite experience.
• Take pride in the community by assisting with site tours, reporting issues, and maintaining a clean environment.
