Ingenia Communities at Hervey Bay Lifestyle is seeking a friendly Reception / Front Admin Officer to welcome guests and residents, handle enquiries, payments, and day-to-day admin with professionalism. Qualifications

• Have proven reception or administration experience.
• Are confident using computers and everyday office systems.
• Have strong organisation and decision-making skills and can work independently.
• Communicate clearly and provide great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of the community, welcoming guests and residents and creating a positive first impression.
• Help guests and residents with enquiries, payments, requests, and day-to-day support, always with care and professionalism.
• Keep things running smoothly at reception by managing calls, emails, records, and general admin using computer systems.
• Work closely with the team to support daily operations, respond to issues, and ensure everyone enjoys a great experience onsite.
• Take pride in the community by assisting with site tours, reporting issues, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented environment.
