Job summary

Nation is redefining rent in Australia and building a flexible, hospitality-led living experience across Sydney. We seek a Junior Property Manager to be the face of one of our build-to-rent communities, delivering welcoming, professional service to residents and guests every day.

You’ll support residents from move-ins through ongoing engagement, collaborating with onsite teams to ensure smooth operations and a genuine sense of belonging.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Registration NSW is required.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Experience in residential property management or related role.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day tenancy administration including lease documentation and renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with residents, facilities and contractors.
• Assist with arrears management and accurate record-keeping.
• Support day-to-day management of the residential portfolio.
• Maintain tenancy records and notes in property management systems.
• Assist with leasing activities and tenancy compliance.
• Escalate tenancy, maintenance, and compliance matters as needed.
