Job summary

TempTalent is seeking a Junior Property Manager for a 2-week, on-site temporary assignment within a premium Build-to-Rent community in NSW. You will be the main contact for residents, guests, and contractors, helping create a welcoming and well-managed environment.

You’ll bring experience in property or resident services, a current NSW Certificate of Registration, and strong communication skills to support move-ins, leases, and community initiatives.

• Experience in property management or resident services.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and a warm, welcoming manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident and customer service.
• Respond to resident enquiries, requests and feedback.
• Support inspections, move-ins and move-outs.
• Assist with resident onboarding and apartment checks.
• Provide general Junior Property Management and administrative support.
• Log and track resident requests through internal systems.
• Support lease renewals and tenancy arrears processes.
• Coordinate mail, parcels and deliveries.
• Liaise with Property Management, Facilities and Operations teams.
• Assist with resident events and community initiatives.
• Maintain accurate resident and operational records.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the community.
