Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Customer Support Manager at Calamvale Parklands Care Community in Brisbane. This permanent, full-time role is focused on welcoming new residents and leading the administration team to deliver outstanding support to families on their care journey.

You will guide prospective residents, build trusted relationships, and ensure a welcoming, connected community while overseeing day-to-day admin operations in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role involving consultation and relationship building (aged care, healthcare, hospitality or community services highly regarded).
• Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring a team.
• Exceptional communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
• An organised, empathetic nature with the ability to manage sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm, knowledgeable first point of contact guiding prospective residents and families through the journey to a new home.
• Lead and inspire the administration and customer support team to deliver excellent service.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and community partners.
• Ensure the care community remains welcoming and a hub of connection; manage day-to-day admin operations.
