Job summary

Eden Park Community Aged Care in Whittington, VIC is seeking a Resident Care & Wellbeing Coordinator (Full time) to lead the Wellbeing team and deliver engaging lifestyle programs for residents.

You will foster a compassionate, inclusive environment, mentor assistants, and collaborate with families to maintain dignity and preferences across care plans. This role suits a caring, creative professional who embraces technology and resident-centred care.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in residential aged care or similar role.
• Diversional Therapy or equivalent qualification or experience as a Manager, Resident Wellbeing Program in an aged care setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificates (in house training).
• NDIS Clearance.
• Competent use of computers, email and electronic care planning software.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• DoFoodSafely Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality lifestyle activities and programs.
• Support residents and families with wellbeing plans and ongoing care.

Position Requirements - Essential:

• 2 years' experience in residential aged care or similar role
