Job summary

Mondrian Gold Coast, set on the Gold Coast, is seeking a Residences Manager to run the residential side of the building. You’ll be the face of the Residences for owners, lead the residential concierge team, and act as Principal Licensee, ensuring top-tier service and compliance.

You’ll oversee leasing, tenant documentation, and compliance with Queensland laws, while delivering exclusive resident benefits and coordinating with hotel management to provide access to hotel amenities.

Qualifications

• Current Queensland Real Estate Agent's licence and ability to act as Principal Licensee (essential)
• Proven experience in luxury property management, residential operations or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Queensland property and tenancy legislation
• Track record of leading and inspiring service teams
• Polish and confidence with high-net-worth owners and residents
• Experience in mixed-use or integrated residential and hospitality developments (highly regarded)
• Full Australian driver’s licence

Responsibilities

• Acting as Principal Licensee and overseeing leasing and rental of residential apartments
• Ensuring compliance with Queensland property, tenancy and safety legislation; managing contracts, rental agreements and tenant documentation
• Serving as main point of contact for apartment owners with discretion and professionalism
• Managing tenant relations to ensure residents have a great living experience
• Leading and training the residential concierge team, from personal assistance to event coordination
• Delivering residents' benefits, including 24-hour onsite security and access to pool, yoga garden, BBQ area, lounge and function spaces
• Collaborating with hotel management to integrate shared services and grant residents access to hotel amenities
• Coordinating maintenance and conducting regular property inspections to maintain luxury standards
• Managing residential budgets and reporting on occupancy, financial performance and operations
