Job summary

Mondrian Gold Coast is seeking a Residences Manager to lead the residential side of the building and to act as Principal Licensee, the face of the Residences for owners and residents. You will oversee leasing and tenancy, ensure compliance with Queensland legislation, manage budget and reporting, and lead the concierge team to deliver five-star service and seamless integration with hotel amenities.

This role requires a current Queensland Real Estate Agent license and a track record in luxury

Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury property management or residential operations.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-end service.
• Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy and safety legislation.
• Excellent communication with high-net-worth owners and residents.
• Experience in mixed-use or integrated developments (luxury/hospitality) is valued.
• Current Australian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as Principal Licensee and oversee leasing and rental of residential apartments.
• Ensure compliance with Queensland property, tenancy and safety legislation.
• Serve as main contact for apartment owners with discretion and professionalism.
• Lead and train the residential concierge team.
• Coordinate maintenance and conduct regular property inspections.
• Manage residential budgets and report occupancy and financial performance.
• Collaborate with hotel management to integrate shared services and residents' access to amenities.
