Job summary

Coral Expeditions, part of the NRMA Group, is seeking a passionate marketing professional based in Cairns or the Gold Coast. You’ll craft compelling content, manage campaigns, and work across product, reservations, sales and marketing teams to engage travelers with Australia’s remarkable destinations.

You’ll develop emails, website copy, guest communications, media support and campaign execution, shaping the Coral Expeditions story for an experienced, curious audience of travellers.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing communications, content marketing, PR or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to contribute ideas.
• A genuine passion for travel and storytelling.
• The ability to understand and engage with mature, well-travelled audiences.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit copy for websites, emails, press releases, social media, and brochures.
• Coordinate with Customer and Product teams to ensure accurate information across channels.
• Align copy with brand guidelines to tell the Coral Expeditions story.
• Maintain marketing and reservations database cleanliness.
• Segment data for email sends and analyse performance.
• Prepare guest communications across the customer journey.
• Utilise Google Analytics and Mailchimp for reporting.
