Job summary

Journey Beyond in the Whitsunday region is seeking a motivated Reservation Administrator to ensure a seamless guest experience from inquiry to booking. You will handle end-to-end reservations, payments, and coordination of services across our Whitsunday experiences.

You will build relationships with external and internal stakeholders, use reservation and CRM systems, and upsell across our range of products.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a reservations role.
• Proven customer service or sales experience in travel or tourism.
• Proficiency with reservation and CRM systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Local knowledge of the Whitsunday region.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end reservations process.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly with information.
• Confirm, manage, process and cancel bookings.
• Prepare regular reporting.
• Liaise with external tourism organisations.
• Process payments.
• Coordinate services for bookings.
• Collect and document customer feedback.
