Inghams in Brisbane is seeking a Replenishment Planner for QLD, based at our Lytton distribution centre, to coordinate stock transfers and maintain inventory coverage across the national network.

You will work with sales, DCs and production to fulfil orders while minimising waste; a fast-paced FMCG background, strong Excel skills, and excellent stakeholder management are essential.

This role requires an agile mindset and meticulous planning to deliver consistent service.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate stock requirements at state and national levels and determine transfers around the national network.
• Work with replenishment, sales, DC and planning teams to action transfers based on daily demand and inventory coverage targets.
• Enter and manage transfer orders in the system.
• Monitor stock age and coverage and flag waste-reducing actions.
• Serve as the main contact for replenishment queries and support process improvements.

As Replenishment Planner for QLD, you will be based at our Lytton distribution centre and play an integral role in our planning and replenishment operations. Working closely with sales, site production teams and distribution centres nationally, you will ensure inventory is maintained, DCs are replenished and waste is minimised in order to fulfil customer orders.

Previous experience in a fast‑paced food production environment will be highly regarded, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a good understanding of excel.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate stock requirements at state and national levels and determine transfers around the national network
• Work closely with the wider replenishment, sales, DC and site‑based planning teams, actioning product transfers around the network based on daily demand and inventory coverage targets
• Key transfer orders into the system
• Monitor the age of stock and inventory coverage and flag exceptions/triggering actions to reduce wastage/ improve service
• Be the key point of contact for all replenishment related queries for the State and support continuous improvement initiatives for replenishment process

Key requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge of planning and scheduling with previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to make recommendations and deliver efficiencies and cost savings
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Passionate about driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent time management and organisational skills along with high attention to detail
• Superior communication skills with the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders nationally
• An agile and flexible approach, able to navigate a large, complex FMCG business
