Job summary

Inghams Enterprises is seeking a Replenishment Planner for Queensland, based at our Lytton distribution centre. You will manage stock levels, coordinate transfers across the national network and work with sales, DCs and site planners to minimise waste and ensure on-time customer service.

The role requires strong planning experience, excellent problem solving and advanced Excel skills, plus the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders nationwide in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of planning and scheduling with previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to make recommendations and deliver efficiencies and cost savings.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Passionate about driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Superior communication skills with the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders nationally.
• An agile and flexible approach, able to navigate a large, complex FMCG business.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate stock requirements at state and national levels and determine transfers around the national network.
• Work closely with the wider replenishment, sales, DC and site-based planning teams, actioning product transfers around the network based on daily demand and inventory coverage targets.
• Key transfer orders into the system.
• Monitor the age of stock and inventory coverage and flag exceptions/triggering actions to reduce wastage/ improve service.
• Be the key point of contact for all replenishment related queries for the State and support continuous improvement initiatives for replenishment process.

As Replenishment Planner for QLD, you will be based at our Lytton distribution centre and play an integral role in our planning and replenishment operations. Working closely with sales, site production teams and distribution centres nationally, you will ensure inventory is maintained, DCs are replenished and waste is minimised in order to fulfil customer orders.

Previous experience in a fast-paced food production environment will be highly regarded, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a good understanding of excel.
