Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a capable Claims/Projects Coordinator to manage insurance repair projects across the residential sector. You will allocate repairs, oversee subcontractors, and ensure on-time, budget-conscious delivery while maintaining open communication with homeowners and insurers.

Based in Metropolitan Melbourne, this Monday–Friday, office-based role offers exposure to major restoration projects and requires strong organizational skills.

Objectives

• Coordinate insurance repair claims ($1-$100k+)
• Ensure timely, safe, and budget-compliant project completion
• Meet/exceed Australian building standards

Role
