Based in the Northern Rivers area, the role focuses on practical hands-on work with civil tasks, racking foundations, and tool use, with on-site safety and teamwork as priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Previous experience or internship in construction or renewable energy is preferred.
• Basic understanding of solar and battery energy systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are desirable.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Drivers Licence required.
• White card required.
• Plant licenses are an advantage.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools relevant to construction.
