You will support installation and maintenance of solar and battery energy storage systems, helping to advance sustainable energy projects in the region.

Based in the Northern Rivers area, the role focuses on practical hands-on work with civil tasks, racking foundations, and tool use, with on-site safety and teamwork as priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Previous experience or internship in construction or renewable energy is preferred.
• Basic understanding of solar and battery energy systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are desirable.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Drivers Licence required.
• White card required.
• Plant licenses are an advantage.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools relevant to construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of solar racking panels and battery energy storage systems foundations and conduits.
• Support civil works related to renewable energy projects.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in renewable energy technologies.
